We launched our operation with a specialty in tension and speed control system of an unwinding and a winding device. This is indispensable for equipment such as a wire drawing machine, a slitter, a laminator which process the various materials (wire, paper, film and so on) .“Unwinding and winding at a specified speed and tension” may be seen as a single, simple process. However, a high-precision control system and machines configured using accumulated cross-industry know-how are required to achieve high precision and control. Such a system would include “ultra-low tension of 1cN or lower”, “high-speed operation at 1000 m/min,” and “constant tension with as less tension fluctuation as possible,” among other things.
