Corporate Philosophy
Unfolding the future with tension control
Mobile phones, digital home electronics, laptop computers, and similar products are becoming increasingly "smaller-sized," "energy-efficient," and "high-performance." As a natural consequence, the materials used in these products must also become increasingly fine and precise. Moreover, researchers are striving to develop materials that enable efficient production, which is essential for reducing the costs of solar cells, LEDs, and other related devices, with the aim of their wider adoption in the future. Today, competition in every field of materials focuses on "finer structures," "consistently stable high quality," and "the highest possible productivity."
Since our establishment, we have worked to improve our conveying control technology for handling long materials such as metal wires, fibers, cable materials including optical fiber, and sheets of paper and film with highly precise tension and speed control. We also developed in-house a tension/speed controller for long materials and the first non-slip wire drawing machine for ultra-fine metal wires, turning what had been impossible with conventional technology into reality through our innovation. Conveying control technology for long materials plays a fundamental role in mass, continuous, and high-speed production worldwide. Through our technology and experience as a manufacturer of controllers for long materials, we help equipment and materials manufacturers produce products with higher added value.
