Unfolding the future with tension control
A mobile phone, digital home electronics, a laptop computer, and the likes are becoming more and more “smaller-sized”, “energy-efficient”, and “performance-efficient”. As a natural consequence, materials to be used also need to be of further minute structure. Moreover, researchers are trying to develop materials that can facilitate efficient production, which is essential for reducing the costs of solar cells, LEDs, and other related devices, with the aim of further proliferation in the future.Today, competition in the every field of materials is about “more minute structure”, “stable high quality without fail” and “the best possible productivity”.
Since our establishment, we have endeavored to improve our conveyer control technology for handling materials with long rolls (metal wires, fiber, cable materials such as optical fiber line, and sheets of paper and film) with highly accurate tension and speed. We also developed a tension/speed controller for items with long rolls and the first non-slip wire drawing machine for ultra-fine metal wires in-house, thus turning what was impossible to achieve using conventional technology into a possibility through our innovative technology.Conveyer control technology for items with long rolls plays a fundamental role in mass, continuous, and high-speed production worldwide. We can support the manufacturers of related equipment and materials in producing high value-add products by offering our technology and through our experience as a manufacturer of controllers for items with long rolls.
